Shipping and Returns Policy

 Shipping

We make shipping arrangement within 3 business days for standard dispatch and one business day for expedited dispatch.

All orders shipped within the continental US are via UPS Ground or USPS unless otherwise specified.

The shipping and handling cost is calculated  directly from carriers’ website using weight, distance, and package size.  

Free shipping is available for all orders over $99 with a delivery address within the continental US.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order is shipped.

We currently don’t ship internationally.

Returns

At Just In Teahouse, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to meet or exceed our customer’s expectations. In case you are not happy with your order or you find the item is damaged, please contact us.

Teas can not be returned given food safety concerns.

Teaware and Tea accessories can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first to request return approval and instructions. All returned items must be unused and in good condition. Store credit (deduct shipping cost) will be issued once we have received the returned item.
